Air Test Visit FAQs

  • Our technician will then set up a frame in an external doorway with a fan and suck air through the house.

    During this process, Our technician will survey each room and take measurements.

  • Our technician will need access to your property for approximately 90 minutes.

  • You can stay in the property while the testing takes place.

    All internal doors will need to remain open during the test.

    All external windows and doors (except the one being used for testing) will need to remain closed.

  • For health and safety reasons, children and pets should not be in the property during for testing.

  • As a non-destructive test, air testing will not damage your property.

  • Please ensure there is access to all rooms so we can survey them, and that there is clutter-free space for our technician to manoeuvre around the external doorway.

  • Outside of any pre-arranged costs with our client, we will not charge you for the testing.

  • One of our experienced technicians will be at your property for approximately 90 minutes. The person who organised the testing will have your technician’s name and phone number.

  • We will need to access all the rooms in the property to take measurements.
